We went in out of curiosity since we would always pass by this roadside cafe from Tagaytay. Interiors are Instagrammable. Food is reasonably priced at 200-400 per head. Service is okay except that they erroneously gave me change for a second time which I returned to the counter. (The crew probably got scolded for the error as I observed the morale of the crew a few minutes later to be less enthusiastic.) Had cake and hot choco for dessert. Place was cozy, big enough to accommodate lots of customers theres wifi, airconditioned, beside a boutique and perfumes shop. Parking was limited, but can park along the road.

American tourist review: A nice little hidden cafe/breakfast spot. It tries hard to have that modern western aesthetic but it pays off because it looks really nice. Our coffee's were delicious and our breakfast wasn't too far off either.

Great atmosphere and interior. Food was ok, nothing special. Disappointed to discover they don’t offer service water. If you want to take out leftover food, you have to pay 10 pesos. A lot of items were also unavailable on their menu. Their coffee was the only redeeming quality. It was good

Dream Coffee Tagaytay is a nice place to take pictures for Instagram. The coffee is not the best, to be honest. The service needs to improve. As for the food, I didn't try it because when I went there, it was midnight, and they told us that the kitchen was closed
