Good place to stay for work and other stuff. Students also hang out. Expect to be quite noisy. Just bring earphones if you need to really focus.

Ordered Java Chip Medium 180php for take-out. I like that the coffee is brewed and lots of chips on the frappe. 50% sugar. Fair for it's price. Delicious! If you're going to dine-in, it's fully-packed when I came over around 1-2pm Wednesday.
