We were a group of 4. We ordered the seafoos paella, garlic shrimp, and beef steak. Everything was delicious and service was great. The red sangria was really good. I am not a big fan of lengua but even that was good. We also ordered the creme brulee(?) and churros and they were also good. The churros were a little dry, but good enough.
Probably the best tapas bar I've been to in the country. Tried about 10 dishes with the family and not a single miss - everything was so dang good! Would definitely travel back to Highlands just to dine in this amazing establishment again

The balsamic grilled pork chop was first rate. Excellent service and atmosphere. Dined here after a round of golf on the course with a club member and another friend. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Tagaytay Highlands Clubhouse. Club membership or being a guest of a club member is required to eat here. The decor is also very upscale and colorful making the experience very good.
