Love coming here! 🤍 The coffee is hands down the best I’ve ever tasted—it’s rich and perfectly brewed. The staff are so nice and genuinely want to chat, which makes the experience feel extra special. I’ve never had such a bad experience with customer service before. My friends and I went to this coffee shop, and right from the start, things felt off. Some of my friends didn’t order anything, and instead of just letting us know their policy, the staff rudely handed them the menu. Before that, the owner got annoyed because we moved some tables together, even though the place was almost empty and we weren’t bothering anyone. He kept staring at our group, which made everything feel awkward. If they require everyone to order, they could have just politely told us instead of making it uncomfort…

Poor customer service. They told us our shoes would be ready in 5-7 days but I never received an update on the status of the shoes, so after a week we went back to the store only to be told that our shoes weren’t ready because of the many pending orders. I understand if they would’ve taken longer, but I expected an update. Also, when we received the shoes, the cleaning service was so poorly done. It was like they just put it in a washing machine and dryer. The leather came out all wrinkly and there were many dirt stains still left. Poor job scrubbing the soles of the shoes also. Never again.

Coffee was good (albeit some drinks were too sweet). However, customer service needs to be improved. Coffee shops need to understand that the product is delivered together with the experience, and if one of these two things are not taken care of, the value that they are aiming to deliver will still not hit the mark.
