Food is made with fresh fruits which I appreciate. The location is convenient but the mall that it's in is a bit run down. The restaurant itself is not so bad though. There are also power outlets by some table so you can work or study here.
I wanted to eat some vegetables, so I came to Cafe COOEE. This restaurant features vegetable-based menu items such as salads and smoothies. I had the Big Breakfast Combo and the Aloha Bowl. Both were delicious too much.😋
love their food and menu. my favorite and recommendation is their poke bowls. service is good, and ambience is cozy. perfect for groups or eating alone. you can also enjoy them at home (thru foodpanda and grab).
My order: - Makai Bowl (₱308 + 88 for “extra protein”) - Chose salad as a base, but rice is available too - Approx 10 min, my poké bowl appeared… freshly made with hot shrimp, krab and seaweed. Fantastic. PROS: - Open 24 hrs (only closed Sun night at 10 pm… and then reopens 8 am Monday morning) - One of the very FEW places I’ve found in Cebu with healthy proteins & fresh vegetables - Carb-avoiders rejoice: dressings on poke bowls are minimally sweet and also served on-the-side by default - Shrimp, krab & seaweed was pan-sautéed to order… not pre-cooked and sitting in a 6-pan all day - …
Very nice assortment of foods that's healthier than 90% of what is available on other cafés and restos in Cebu. Friendly and very helpful staff. If they added a few more cosy sofas, the atmosphere would be even better. I am surpriced there isn't more expats here, since the menu is ideal for health conscious digital nomads who are willing to pay extra for quality. I will return for sure. They got good wifi.
