It tastes really bad. At beard papa, the dough is crispy and still good because they add unflavorful cream on the spot, but at cowcow kitchen, they add the unpalatable cream from the beginning and make it ahead of time, so it's sticky and moist. The prices are high, the food tastes bad, there are flies, and it's really the worst restaurant. Capacity is playing instead of working.
