I was in Cebu Business Park area for an errand, it was lunch time and I was too hungry. I found this place after crossing a wide street from a nearby hotel. It's my first time to try a cooked Indonesian meal and I liked the delish, savory beef rendang. I also ordered curry puff as I just can't forget the first time I had this flavorful pastry 5 years ago. I also opted to try the hot Indonesian milk tea, though it's blazing outside. Overall, the experience was great and I would like to try satay, nasi goreng, mee goreng and sambal dishes on my next visit.

Good Indonesian food. The rendang is great. Pork satay also tender and authentic flavour. Sambal kankong is spinach and also worth the try. Friendly and quick service. It's a very small place and you come for the food not for the ambiance. Basic eatery yet the food makes it a very enjoyable experience..I've eaten here 4 times and plan to come back again!

If you’re into extra spicy Indonesian food, then Cribs could be your best bet in Cebu. Their dishes tasted authentic, and you can see the work they put into preparing them. They have wooden tables and chairs, and even an al fresco setup. Aside from the Indonesian meals, they have Dutch-inspired snacks. If you’re ordering a spicy main dish, I don’t advise having lemonade as your drink. The spicy and sour flavor don’t match. Cribs is one the few restaurants that are still open as late as 11 PM in the area.

I wish the rendang much spicier, the satay was nice and dessert nice too but not amazing. Worth it though The pndan coconut rolls were nice. Not not Halal unfortunately because they have pork

In a nushell: Looking for something unique? An Indonesian - Dutch foodie experience? Look no further than in Cribs. These types of restos are hard to find in cebu city, so this was a wonderful discovery indeed. For those out there, most of these Indonesian dishes do not have pork in their menu as they are predominantly Muslim. But I believe they made an exception for the pinoy, or cebuano palate.
