For the price, you get a great room, nice staff, and walking distance to 4 major malls to boot (Glorietta, Landmark, SM, Greenbelt) It's a dated hotel but newly renovated. The rooms are smaller than the usual 5star hotels but very clean and comfortable. Beds are great, aircon works great, the TVs big enough, a lot of room for clothes and other storage. They provide a table and chair if you're planning to work. All of the staff are really great. They would be the reason we'll be back.

Since mostly non 5-star hotels in PH are disappointing, I kept my expectations for this low. But it surpassed. This is the hotel I didn't know I would somehow like. 1. It has a gym -- Big help for working professionals who have workout routines like me 2. Location-perfect. Very close to all that you need. Walking distance from SM and Glorietta Malls and restaurants. 3. Friendly staffs Pool nalang kulang.

Pros: Customer service is great. They accommodated our request for a room with a bathtub and we really enjoyed that. Room was clean. The second floor hallway looks nice and newly renovated. We're thankful for the gym & its equipment. Walking distance to Malls & MRT! Cons: Limited Parking. Few small roaches spotted in the room. Lobby is a little dated. A brewed coffee for the breakfast would be nice. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will recommend!

Very average no frills hotel with a small restaurant that's only open on a limited basis. Reasonably priced rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately that 3 night we have sleepless night. Why? Because of the noise of the aircon during the nights was on and off. Additional noise was the toilet flushing continuously. The breakfast, I was surprised some of the dishes good already for lunch. The location very accessible to malls. Overall. I can't recommend. Sorry.
