While waiting for our vet appointment at Pethouse, we visited Cups Coffee Shop which is across the pet clinic. The café has a cozy, rustic interior that’s perfect for relaxing or working. One of the highlights is that it's pet-friendly, which is great if you want to bring your furry friend along. The coffee was decent; I tried their cups original coffee and aussie latte, which had a good balance of coffee and milk but wasn't particularly memorable. The good things: 1. Coffee was surprisingly, - good (?) pwedeng balikan. Beyond that, sad to say, everything was disappointing: 1. 2nd floor did not have the AC turned on. we did not ask anymore if they can turn it on. 2. they forgot our order of fries - so waiting time. 3. food portions were... just sad. the fries is priced 95, and quesadilla at 165 - super konti haist 4. cashier - staff, they were all dismissive, parang "bahala kayo sa buhay niyo" vibes :( Bottomline: bad service AND servings, poor ambiance, overall - will not go back.
