We celebrated my BF’s birthday at CYAN Modern Kitchen in Lanson Place Mall of Asia. It's a must-visit for seafood lovers like me! I personally savored the unlimited lobster and sashimi; they were super fresh and tasty!! The staff were very accommodating, and the sunset view made the dining experience even more stunning. Located on the 3rd floor of Lanson Place, this most excellent buffet will satisfy most any of your cravings! The food was tasty and of higher quality than other buffets in the area. They had a decent selection of items. The buffetI was a bit pricier but in my opinion well worth it. Service was impeccable. Very friendly, respectful, attentive and professional. Great in all aspects! Almost nothing was disappointing. Meats are all cooked to perfection, very tender and juicy. Fish is a hit or miss. The highlight for me is the indian section since everything is made so well. I wouldnt bother with the seabass, laksa, salmon head, and mussels. The shrimp is surprisingly very fresh and easy to skin. Sadly we didnt have sashimi since they only serve it on friday and saturday dinner or sunday lunch. There are also free cocktails. We decided to try out a new buffet place that advertised unlimited seafood, including lobsters, prawns, and crabs. My partner was informed of an hour-long wait. The lady at the lobster station informed him that they typically serve 5 lobsters per table. My boyfriend asked if it would be possible to increase the order to 10 lobsters to avoid another hour-long wait if we wanted more later. She agreed and noted down the request.
