One of my favorite soft serve, and comfort food. Quality meets expectations, and is consistent with other branches. Customer service is good. The store is clean and seems well maintained. There are only few seats available for those who plan to eat at the store. Thankfully the mall has a food area with plenty of tables, and benches at different parts of the second floor.

It's been my familys weekly habit to order DQ ice cream whenever we're at the mall or even order thru delivery. But this time, somethings different. I ignored the bitter taste of the ice cream since I thought, maybe the taste of the almond in it made it a li'l bitter. But when I scooped once more, the bitter taste was so bad and had to spit it. And whats left in my spoon was burned black nuts. I then called the branch just to let them know and one of the staff, a certain Joey told me that theirs was brown in color and he doesn't know where that black burned nuts came from. What a response. A small branch of DQ inside SM Light Mall but I guess the space is enough to accommodate customers. I like the different flavors of ice cream.
