The woman who took our orders appeared to be in a sour mood, seemed rushed, and lacked knowledge about the drinks. Visited on January 1. Milk tea and food were average.

Service was very very slow. Orders were ready but kept stacking at the counter because no one will dispatch them. The only one who does is busy not working and just casually laughing and talking with the other employees. It was hot inside too plus the aircon was leaking which was in front of the entrance and exit. Very inconvenient to customers. The cashier is soo slow it takes more than 3mins for one persons order lmao
