I'm glad they set a Binalot branch here in Circuit Mall. It's been years since I ate a Binalot. As far as I can remember the last branch nearest to me was at SM Makati old Foodcourt several years ago. And here's a pic. of Sisig Binalot.

Service Crews are not doing their job! They said that after they prepare my food, they would call me! They never did! They were chatting to each other and showing each other's phone while laughing! That's rude for a customer service representative! Incompetent and Irresponsible! I was the one who approached them after 30minutes of waiting and looking at them doing nothing. That's the only time they pointed at my food as if it is my responsibility to serve it to myself when it's ready to be served! Very disappointed here.
