They accommodated us even without a reservation, as we were not aware of the process. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and sincere. Food smells and tastes fantastic. My wife is from Taiwan and she really enjoyed the experience!

I wasn't able to take photos of the different viands that my family ordered over the weekend since we were all hungry and were just ready to devour the dishes. All I can say is that, "it was LOVE at first bite!" We had shrimps, scallops and crabs all perfectly cooked and seasoned! So yummy! Cravings satisfied! We will definitely order again!

Utter Disappointment. Unprofessional. Failed to deliver. As early as December 15, we made a reservation for December 31 New Year celebration. Fully paid and requested to be delivered by 730pm (within the vicinity of Marikina). December 31: Around 8pm, I made a follow up via messenger, they replied "on the way na po rider/delivery". As of 9pm, NADA. Made another follow up around 10pm, and they replied (LIED 😂) "on the way na po". Confronted them for lying and failure to deliver despite of early payment. They made another lame excuse yada yada, also offered generous freebies. No form of compe…

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. TAKE NOTE THERE IS 10% SERVICE CHARGE!! WE HAD AN ADDITIONAL SMALL ORDER FOR PANSIT. THEY SAID 15-20MINS WAITING TIME. IT TOOK THEM I THINK 45MINS TO SERVE THE FOOD. ANOTHER CATCH, ANOTHER SERVICE CHARGE OF 10% BECAUSE WE HAD ADDITIONAL ORDER ASIDE FROM OUR ADVANCED ORDER. WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE BILL OUR INITIAL DEPOSIT WAS NOT DEDUCTED YET. Today, We ordered food at exactly 6pm and by 745pm the food was not yet served despite the repeated follow up and their answers were the same- “paakyat na po.” When we finally decided to leave the premises, and pay only the drinks consumed, the employees tried to stop our companion and ask him to pay the food ordered, and when asked where was the food, the cook said “ it will be ready in 25mins.” So we confronted them what made them think that they can asked payment for food unserved for almost 2hours of waiting without even informing us the real reason, worst is they wanted to keep you wai…
