The food we ordered were all good. It’s just too pricey for the small servings. I know high inflation is killing the industry but hope they could review their serving size and or pricing strategies.
Went to Shangri-la Plaza to watch the Instituto Cervantes sponsored Pelicula which was for free. The movie we watched in particular was entitled "La Gran Familia" which was in Spanish but subtitled in English. I challenged myself and my wife to spend the least we possibly could on a late afternoon "date." Instead of taking the car, we took the jeep from Shopwise in Chino Roces to the Magallanes MRT Station (P11 each since we're seniors or P22), then took the MRT to Shaw Station (P16 each totalling P32) which brought us to Shangri-la Plaza directly. The tuna steak tastes like a caramel candy. I Don't like eating sweet food if it's not a desert. A normal steak uses pepper and lemon and salt.
I understand that this is food court food, so my expectations were low to begin with. But even with inflation, I did not expect the real serving size would only be a quarter of the fake plastic serving size models. We were practically served soup and skin. The vegetables didn’t even compensate.
If only i could give a zero star but I need to at least put 1 just to leave a comment. I just went there a while ago to eat tuna panga. After eating the tuna I noticed that the side of my lips is itchy and turned red. I was hesitant to tell the service crew because the taste naman of the tuna panga is ok.
