Clean ammenity with slight maintenance are needed esp. lavatory areas, Cold air conditioning / ventilation noted, Friendly and approachable staff, Filipino hospitability culture are observed and practiced, bonus points 👍👍

My reasons for the high marks is it's Competetiveness. At its price point, the rooms are wwell-worth it. Service staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is also good, as it is located in the heart of the city. Side note: Food at their restaurant are tempting, but a bit pricey. Fried egg costs P40, I was told. I was turned off immediately after I was today od its price.

Been using their event halls for gatherings but as we keep on using their services, we noticed very little attention to service needs. It's hard to raise our concerns since there is no staff to attend to us.

I had the worst experience in this hotel. The hotel staff at the lobby doesn't seem to know how to do her job properly as she gave me the wrong room from what I used to book online and she did not even confirmed or asked for my booking details. Plus I could not even use their facilities well because of faulty equipment like the heater and the linens were dirty too.
