Absolutely exquisite Peruvian-Japanese cuisine and a purely curated and bespoke experience from start to finish. From the selected drinks and menu items chosen by the chefs and staff, to the quiet and elegant atmosphere that allows you to fully savor everything in a safe and kind space- it has pretty much become one of my favorite places, and I will be returning. The staff were kind and fully attentive, and I didn’t feel like a bother for them. DEN by Nikkei is a hidden gem. It has been the single best culinary experience I’ve had in the Philippines so far. My new go-to place. I have visited twice and will definitely come back. Affordable, quality and delicious food, drinks and cocktails! Staffs are really nice and smiley 😊 I enjoyed dining both indoors and outdoors.

We would like to commend our server Joverto and Nerio for keeping an eye to us during the dine in experience. The place is good. Food that they served was good, but a need on additional soup or noodles in the menu. Overall, a good experience and must try! 😊

Service were SUPERB. Everyone greeted me upon entering, keep pouring your cup once you’re done. Food is absolutely incredible, best sushi place so far. Will go back for more for sure
