stumbled upon this resto on my morning walk, i did not regret walking in. i only got 1 item which was the roll, it’s so good esp the peanut sauce. cant wait to try other items from the menu. edit: i returned immediately the day after and the other items did not disappoint. would appreciate a more hospitable server next time though

I’ve been dining here since their soft opening in 2015. I love how simple the menu is. I order the beef stir fry when I’m hungry, and the fresh spring roll when I’m just looking for a snack. It’s a huge plus for me that they don’t use shrimps for the fresh spring roll; if you’re also allergic to shellfish then this is a really great alternative. The coffee serving is smaller than usual but it packs a punch. It’s one of the more affordable and consistent Vietnamese restaurants here that I’ve tried.

One of the hidden gems in Salcedo! If you are looking for a comforting bowl of pho, Dicofi is a must try. I was not able to try their coffee but I will definitely do on my next visit!

The food and coffee were absolutely delicious, which made up for one of the server's rude behavior. She appeared visibly displeased while taking the order (frowning and sighing) and seemed irritated when asked simple questions, such as the location of the bathroom and her coffee recommendations. Additionally, she moved the furniture hastily while sweeping the floor, causing grating noises. The older reviews for this restaurant also pointed out her attitude.
