Reminiscent of French Chateau, with artisan Phillipine bamboo trim, loved the room and ambiance although location is a bit rough. Recommend upstairs room with vaulted and decorative ceiling. The free breakfast isn't much and gave up restaurant after one try, wifi weak, but the room and grounds gave this one an extra star or two. Very reasonable price for spacious & clean lodging. Good Value, can recommend.

The place is very near airport and city center and access is easy. For a very affordable price, they have excellent customer service right after I booked. They made sure our stay is organised and smooth - offered cheaper tour packages, free pick up from airport, and very friendly staff. The place itself is well maintained and very clean and spacious. It has a garden and a pool. The food in their restaurant is also good and affordable!👍

My wife, 1 year old, and I had a nice stay here. The room was clean. The furniture is very nice old style. The aircon and wifi worked well. The staff was good to us and helped whenever we had questions. We'll stay again next time we visit. There are lots of transportation options on the main road a short walk from the entrance.

Absolutely must stay hotel in Puerto Princesa. The staff people are charming, to say the least. They will literally bend over backward without being asked to assist you. The location is perfect, only a 7-minute drive from the airport and 6 minutes to the nearest mall. There are 24 hour stores steps away from the place. The rooms are much larger than usual for the Philippines and very nicely decorated. The pool is a welcome addition on those hot nights. The staff absolutely makes this place a must stay. The front desk ladies are charming.
