We love the pizza, but the delivery service is terrible. On multiple occassion we received our order 1 to 2 hrs late. We still order cause the kids love the crust.

Worst Pizza delivery service, not once but twice!!!! Very Poor Service!!!! Better not to offer Food Delivery Service!!! It took us 1 day to to get the pizza on first time. 2nd time, from 3:00PM it till 11:oo still order not received. Tried to call many times but still.... Waste of Time and effort, lot of stress for this company!!!!!

Caveat: this is a delivery.. and so so so much disappointed in it.. If you ordered a ~150php pasta from a pizza joint, you would at least expect a decently portioned pasta.. but alas, look at this 14-15pcs spicy pepperoni pasta in its teeny tiny container.. and it is worth 142 php.. I've wasted money on this. Thinking back, I contemplated getting a double portion with additional 110php.. good thing I held back..what if I did and got 2 of this tiny containers... DO NOT ORDER PASTA.

Worst experience ever! Ordered through GrabFood around 3pm the status didn't change until 6pm that's 3hrs of wasted time. Tried to call their number numerous times and it's always on busy line and there's no call or text from the store for any update then suddenly they completed the order even if it wasn't delivered. And then suddenly I received a message from Food Panda AT 11PM that an order is on the way to me - NO CALLS NO TEXT FROM THEM to inform me that they were delivering the food what kind of concept is this?
