Had two pizzas delivered - while I understand that there's delays during promo days not only was one of the flavors I asked for already out of stock early in the evening it took them over an hour, no updates if I didn't call the store repeatedly. When the pizza came thankfully it was still hot but the order was incomplete. Told kuya not to bother kawawa naman sya if I asked him to bring sauce lang. Hopefully orders can be better packed and notifying costumers of delay.

This is really disappointing. We ordered delivery and got the pizza cold 3 hours after ordering. This was the worst experience ever. They didn't even say sorry.

Waited 1hr 30mins foe the pizza delivery only to find out it was a wrong order. They delivered an incorrect pizza to us and we are already hungry. Called their number and had it replaced, 2hrs later the replacement pizza arrived. What an awful experience. Will never order Domino's again.
