Staff accommodates us well despite the rush hour and people ordering. They are explaining how to operate the stove, etc. before starting to eat. They offer lots of foods mostly warmed up, they offer service to cook ramen for us separately. You can mix and match the foods you eat since it is buffet style

Definitely the worst Dookki branch I've ever been in.

We were given 2 tables for 7 people, but there were not enough plates and utensils provided for everyone. When we requested additional plates and utensils, the staff were rude and unaccommodating, making the situation even more frustrating. The food refills were extremely slow, and to make matters worse, 2-3 of the sauces were not available. This branch clearly lacks proper management and customer service, and it significantly impacted our dining experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

If you are thinking that you are going to experience Korean food here, you better think multiple times.

I don't know if it is just the branch or the food itself.

I have been to many Korean themed and owned restos, but this so far is the most frustrating and most un-Korean food place that I have been to.

The concept of dookki is cooking your own "hot pot" based on the usage of teok and influenced by jigae or stews. Not in any way does it taste like that.

Paying 500++ per person is not justified by the food choices nor the cooked food stuff they have available.

The meat section is limited …

This is not an eat all you can resto. It is a WAIT all you can! Quality of food is low. The serving are very small. It takes time to refill the food. No dessert. All the bad experiences are here for an eat all you can. 👎👎👎
