I had a great lunch at Dovey’s - and the owner (Dovey herself) was helpful and kind. The place was full of locals who knew about the great stuff they make to order. I just wish they had delivery so I can reorder but instead I’ll have to stop by again when I’m near Ayala Mall and Cebu Business Park.
