Cafe Dulcinea, the word itself brings to mind thoughts of sweet things, lovely damsels, and Don Quixote. But for many Manileños, it also represents the city's 50-year love affair with great food and sweet pastries.

Perfect for quick lunch or merienda! A great place for cup of tea and small meetings. Make sure to have a bite of their churos von chocolate. The sandwiches, and desserts are perfect for coffee.
The best churros con chocolate I've tried in Manila, located at Greenbelt Makati and opens early at 7am ideal for your desayuno! Good service by the staff. Worth dropping by when you're in the area.
I know Dulcinea as a Spanish restaurant and a great date place in my younger years. Fast forward today, they have changed their name to Cafe Dulcinea which I think is why their pastry and coffee items have vastly expanded in the menu. It was snack time so I just ordered brewed coffee and Churros con chocolate in junior size. The chocolate dipping sauce was so rich and thick. It was a perfect counter to the crispness of the Churros. Loved that the churros stayed crispy (and soft inside) even after a long time on the table. What I didn't like was their slow service. It took them a while to visi…
Food and service is good. Staffs are courteous and friendly. Presentation is fair too. The function room can accommodate atleast 20 participants however its too noisy outside even if the doors are closed. For dinner, I think its good but for meetings and small gathering - I wont recommend it.
I always love going to Dulcinea, but the quality of service and food in this branch needs improvement. My favorite chorizo was tough and overcooked, and the churros were undercooked. The gambas and the lengua were scrumptious though. Service was slow and crew need training on customer orientation.
