Went for a drive thru for breakfast and ordered a couple of bunwich with coffee. Nice new place, decent food, good drinks. I love that they can make your coffee less sweet. Do we recommend this place? Sure. Are we going back? For the convenience, highly likely.

Would have been 5 stars if they had more parking. Super friendly and efficient staff,air conditioned and al fresco dining, I love it here! Love the glass of the coffee.

There was this janitor who looks like in his 50s already, his height is 5'4-5, ever since I came in, he was already giving bad impression which made me feel uncomfortable.. he seems to be tired. Not long after, there was this man who accidentally dropped and spilled his drink on the rug, the man left in embarassment although it's not a big deal. The janitor has been sighing, murmuring, and slamming the stuff which made me and my friend feel uneasy, it's like he's raging deep inside. Dunkin', you can do better than this. Got here at 11:30pm. I was served 11:50pm and I was next in line. When I got in the counter they denied my card because the register is closed. They didn't give a receipt and just list down my order and cash. All the customer in line at the back got angry. The taste of the ice coffee was bland. It's not like the same as other branch. I specifically ordered strawberry bavaraian. The staff gave me the white filling bavarian. It have many left over by the customers. Not cleaned.

It's been a few months only since this store opened. During the first few months it's doing okay, but later on the service is deteriorating. Even when ordering via Grab or Food panda, they don't even update which flavors are still available. The comfort room is so dirty and the tables are so unorganized at times, especially when there's a lot of people done eating but not leaving their seats. You can't find a decent seat in this "LARGE" store. Even the replies here in Google Maps already tell the behavior of the staff and owner, you can see it yourself.
