We love this drive thru donut. Lots of choices, staff are approachable and donuts are delicious as always. A bit hot outside, there's a small comfort room near it.

Had high hopes but was disappointed. The coffee was meh. Too sweet and artificially flavored. The lounge upstairs has no electrical sockets which should be a requirement for a "lounge". It was hot and the AC wasn't cooling the place properly. When I was there, it smelled like a musty computer shop. I don't recommend. 👎

Have the management team to train the security guard for whats his role, not just sitting and standing, he doesn’t even help customers who have car to get into the road… Let the security guard known his responsibilities, instead of navigating his cp… not even customer oriented.. Thats sucks

We ordered Half Dozen(6pcs), but we were charged for One Dozen(12pcs). Staff are all clearly not trained properly, it was rush hour but they still choose to goof around? also palpak ang design ng building, the drive thru is on the north side causes so much traffic because it's on an intersection. Vehicles lining up for the drive thru are blocking the intersection, Having to hear honking the whole time we were there. Would not recommend to come here for the time being, let the hype die down before coming.

1. building planning: this absolute horror of a store add much more hell out of already congested highway. looking like the city was not consulted. 2. Queueing: everyone (employees) is slow, everyone goes on their own pace. got that we dont care if we slow attitude. (slow service means additional headache as the drive thru is impending traffic even when service is fast.) 3. item availability: so yeah. queueing for a long time, just to find out their choices of more than 20 different items is down to just 3🤣 classic donut, munchkin and coffee. 4.
