I initially ordered a combo coffee with doughnut, however, my selected doughnut is not available. I was informed by the crew. I told her to just change my order, cancel the doughnut order and proceed with just iced coffee. She's insisting me to choose from the available ones despite telling her that l'd just order coffee. Good thing, another crew/manager handled the situation well and took the initiative to just change my order. It was a shame the BUNWICH items we craved for and came here for were sold out as early as 1AM. And only two croissants were available. For a 24-hr store, that's a real bummer. The donuts weren't that many too. But all the staff were nice and friendly, including the security guard. They have Drive-Thru and a Bike Lane for convenience and a dining area atop the store. Seems cool to take one's coffee and donut there at night.

I am writing this because there was a signage by the window about receiving a free meal if the cannot provide a receipt. I asked for the free meal because they could not provide me with a receipt and the staffs were not minding me. I then asked again and their tone towards me and the way they talked to me was somewhat disrespectful for me. They then proceeded to tell me to wait until 5am because our order was already served by 4:40. They just ignored me after that and closed the drive thru window as if there’s no customer that has a concern.
