There were no straws, but they serve drinks in reusable plastic cups. That's not sanitary because the cups are probably not washed good enough. And it's just unappetizing to put my lips on that dirty looking plastic that thousands of others have been drinking out of before me. Also, did not have Coke. Really? No Coke? That's like strike 1, 2, & 3 right there by itself. Some of the chicken tenders were excellent and the service was friendly.

The branch is usually crowded everyday. Their chicken burger tasted boring but the chicken french quarter burger was better. Their fries is also okay but not the best cajun fries I've tasted. For two large fries, they only give 1 ketchup. If you ask for more, they'll only give you one and you have to keep on asking. I think 3 ketchup should be a standard for a large fries. Meanwhile, their assorted biscuits are also boring. I regret buying them out of curiosity. Best part of the dine-in experience is the colorful warm interior of the fastfood restaurant. The food is okay it taste good the chicken is big but i ordered spaghetti instead they gave me a rice. Also their crunch skin really 3 pieces for 90+ pesos? Well it taste good but i rather buy KFC's hotshot. One more thing i have ordered ala carte crunch chicken skin and chicken why you gave only 1 gravy for real? They dont have tissues and i sat on the table where i can spot some water it's uncleaned table well i dont see anyone roaming or cleaning at least

Ordered on foodpanda twice and they messed it up. Ate here with my mother and they misheard her order, so she had to order again cause she wants to eat rice but they gave her a burger. And then this Thursday, we came again to eat but all the tables were filled with empty dishes! There's no one cleaning up the place? That was the first time I've seen a fast food diner where Every. Single. Table. Is. Not. Cleaned. I'm not even exaggerating! Some customers were even eating there with empty plates stacked beside them from the previous customer.
