On service: As a greenhills resident, I've been here five times since it's nearby. The first time I went was on the soft opening day, the service was bad due to delays wherein we ordered 4 dishes and after the first three were served promptly the 4th dish took 40 minutes to serve for some reason despite being a roll. Have eaten here twice since it opened recently and everything has been great. Have been fortunate to have tried a lot of dishes from the menu. Overall, I think the food is good value and this is a decent place to eat with family, friends, or colleagues. Now the price is a bit high but the quantity of the food reflects this, especially for the rice bowls. If you're a light eater you can share a bowl and a sushi/sashimi/roll order with a friend as the serving size is a bit generous. Haven’t dined in any Ebi10 branch since 2020, so I was really shocked to see how expensive the dishes are now. It used to be very affordable and good, but now I can’t justify the price anymore for the quality & serving size. Though the tempuras were good as usual, the spicy tuna salad wasn’t worth it. Could get a better one somewhere else that’s cheaper. Service was good though, we visited in the afternoon so not much people. Food was served quickly. But one concern was how hot the aircon was.
