We're here to try the coffee and snack with Japanese fluffy pancake. I ordered some set meals instead as they're a bit expensive. Ordered Shouffle Biscoff Pancake with soft swirl on the side, including set meals with Spam and Nori and Fluffy clouds aren't that bad, you get to taste the authentic Japanese experience of fluffy pancake.

From afar, we thought Egg House sold egg drop sandwiches. We were surprised to find out they offered Japanese fluffy pancakes! The Creme Brulee pancake we ordered was light, airy, and cooked to perfection. The cream was burnt just right and complemented the pancakes beautifully. We also loved their iced Spanish Latte. So good 🫶🏻

The pancakes were fluffy and you can taste the umami in the matcha but for 400 pesos I think it’s a bit of an overkill. Not to mention the waiting time of about 40 minutes 🥲.
