A place where you can try Japanese Soufflé Pancakes in the Philippines. I ordered their matcha flavored one and it was delicious. It was aesthetically pleasing to the eyes too. The place was clean and the staff were accommodating.

Tried the creme brulee fluffy pancakes with matcha soft ice and the uji matcha latte. The pancakes are outstanding, freshly made, super fluffy and eggy. The creme brulee adds a great flavor and the matcha soft ice is a nice cold contrast. They usually make the matcha latte with oat milk, which I'm no a fan of, but they do have normal milk if you ask. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the quality is great at least. Absolutely recommended if you want to treat yourself.

We tried the Kyoto Matcha Pancake and surprisingly it tastes really good! The slight bitter taste of matcha really goes well with the cream which is sweet 😋 10/10 i love matcha :3

Their drinks are a bit pricey for their size but the soufflé pancake is so good. Their uji matcha latte is good too—strong matcha taste. Might go back to try their savory pancakes titikman vs babalikan? babalikan

I went there last night after having dinner at Conti's. Was it a coincidence that my dining interests were all near each other? After the disappointing and rather overpriced The Matcha Tokyo, I was pleasantly surprised by this simple and bright, fluffy pancake house.
