El Pollo Loco is my mom's favorite restaurant, and our visit to their branch at UP Town Center only solidified why. The food was absolutely delicious and savory, just as we've come to expect. We opted for their group meal (our usual order), which included flavorful chicken, fragrant rice, and delightful side dishes. Despite the branch's modest size with only a few tables, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving great food!

Loved their beef nachos! Their loco way is a must try as well. Although the available tables and chairs were limited, the place was spacious. We also loved the ambiance of the place. Also loved how assistive the staffs were. Will go back for their baked pollo wings!

I've always wanted to try the chicken tenders and they did not disappoint! Serving size matches the price too. Commendable service also. Poured Coke Zero into my glass, not knowing that there was a strand of hair inside beforehand. The staff gladly replaced it with a clean glass and a new can.

Servings were abysmally small in comparison to photographs shown on the menu. Here is a phone adapter to scale their "2pc" chicken meal. Service staff is fine. Atmosphere is generic mexican american.
