had their thai milk tea, spicy squid bendong & steamed kuchay dumplings. all are really tasty, served fast and are very filling! thanks to the staff for answering all our questions re: food options & giving suggestions on how to maximize our order. will come back to try the rest of their menu :)

This place is so nostalgic for me. I used to enjoy their spicy squid as a kid when they were just a small stand. Now, they are a restaurant that has cleverly incorporated their small menu of Taiwanese night market food into actual meals. And the spicy squid was still as good as how I remembered it! Their set meals are unique in that instead of a regular drink, they pair up your meal with a tapioca milk tea, of a flavor of your choosing. Service is a bit on the slower side, but definitely worth the wait!

Only my second time to try this brand. This is surely soo much better the the first time in another store. For starters, the dumplings are great! I chose steamed gyoza bathed in soy. Had the Taiwan pork braised bendong, the pork belly was sumptuous, especially with the rice. It came with some veggies and half an egg. For my sides, Pan fried tofu... crunchy yummy. My partner had Creamy Seafood Noodle", mix of a few pieces of shrimp and squid, and some balls... all in a milky rich seafood soup. Glad i gave this brand another chance.

Yiiiikes, I should have known that the food that aren't marked spicy were still spicy. The noodle soup was traitorously so (meaning: it wasn't until the fifth bite that I realized my mouth was burning). Thankfully, the spice mostly came from the ginger, so there was no burning sensation in my stomach. I still give it 5 stars because despite that, the broth was full-bodied (just couldn't finish it because of the spice), they didn't scrimp on fresh ingredients, and the noodles were just the right texture and consistency.
