Even though there may be slightly less offerings here compared to other 5-star hotel buffets, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. This is not to say, though, that there are too few options. It is the well-curated menu which most likely ensures the high quality of the food.

Lunch: amazing selection and quality. My favorite sections were the kinilaw / ensalada section, binakol soup and desserts! The brown butter polvoron ice cream was one of a kind. Wah will definitely go back for that Breakfast: One of the best breakfast buffets Ive tried so far. High quality as always! The middle eastern section was surprisingly good (especially the hummus and baba ganoush).

27.04.2024 A five star rating for a five star experience. It’s my first time and I just enjoyed my experience here at Escolta. We almost gave up coming since traffic was terrible from QC to Makati, we called around 3x to inform that we will be late. They were gracious to keep our table for us. For me the variety of the buffet is diverse. It had a Turkish theme that Saturday. Filipino, Italian, Japanese, continental were there. I had more of the Japanese dishes like sushi/makis/tempuras.
