Our vacation is completely relaxing. Our room is nice and clean, the view is superb nice. you will totally recharged your mind and body. the servant is highly approachable. Hope we can have our second visit to this place.

Highly recommended. Enjoy the food and the great view of the city. The service is great too from the gate to parking to food servers. It is best to have a late lunch here as it gets really crowded at lunch time.

I would like to commend Ms. Llana of Reservations Team. She was very accommodating and swift! I was booking a surprise honeymoon place for friends who just got married and they need a quick getaway after their wedding. I knew Eugenioe Lopez will be the perfect hote stay in the east. I called and Miss Llanna assisted me right away. She was able to get my request for late check out approved! I asked my friends how is their stay so far, they said it was beautiful! Thank you Eugenio Lopez Center Team and of course to Miss Llana!

Very bad experience. Unaccommodating staff. When you call for help during check-out, they won’t send anyone to your room to help you with your luggages. We even got stuck in their pretty old elevator. Rooms were old too with very small beds. Very hot a/c on the rooms even on their function area. Staff were not friendly. Not a place for people who can’t walk uphill also, this is not a friendly place for that.
