The store is newly renovated —it is way better than before. No more leakages and the AC is much more cooler. There are also newly installed self-order booths. Well-reco for self-pick up and quick bites. I suggest you walk-in other than bring a car/motorcycle since the parking lot tend to be full all the time.

Terrible queuing time if you get unlucky getting your order with 5 or more people together. Very slow product / food arrangement. I always notice that the food are already prepared on the side but theres only one staff attending to complete the order. Like come on make it 2 or 3 staff to finalize the food so the order queue will move faster! Common sight is around 10 customers and 5 delivery riders still waiting for their order. Maybe staffing issue? Management better step up and fix this. I dined in multiple times took around 15+mins or more during peak hours. Only good quality is the loca…

Super slow service for a fastfood restaurant. Better order from Jollibee or other stores in Pinagsama. No difference between takeout and food order from Grab or Food Panda.

why is your fried chicken are getting to smaller and smaller. please we are not stupid place it to your advertisement. what is the real size all of your products serves. Even to the other fast food. Or else transfer to other stocks provider.
