Today, we found ourselves at Robinsons Magnolia Food Court once again, and this time, Mom had a craving that brought back some nostalgic memories—Sincerity’s Fried Chicken. Growing up, Lola always brought this home for her and her sisters, so it held a special place in her heart. Unfortunately, as is often the case with childhood favorites, it didn’t quite live up to the memory. Mom said it wasn’t as flavorful as she remembered, but it wasn’t bad either. Always love the food, it's a family favorite, however this branch was disappointing. I saw the server pick the pickled radish with a finger and a fork. I wanted to call their attention but, all of them were too busy as food panda and grab orders kept coming in. I just left the radish at the counter.

My partner and I tried their cha bihon and we are both disappointed. Bihon noodles is not cooked properly, it is undercooked. It also lack taste, walang umami, sobrang tabang. Minadali ang luto. Staffs were also not accomodating and friendly, nakasimangot. Overall, we had a really terrible experience with Sincerity Rob Magnolia branch. Hope they will improve their food and service.
