Our family had a delightful experience at Fairmont. Carl from the reception team was exceptionally accommodating and provided invaluable assistance throughout our stay. He offered us an upgrade that truly enhanced the value of our visit. Additionally, I would like to commend the hotel service staff for their attentive care, friendliness, and approachability. We also enjoyed our time at Spectrum, where the crew was wonderful and the food selections were excellent. Finally, we greatly appreciated the outstanding amenities offered by the hotel. I highly recommend Fairmont Makati to everyone.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful on many levels. It began with the Fairmont Gold Team emailing me a few days before my arrival to confirm my reservation and check if I needed anything. The hotel car service (paid) picked us up from the airport efficiently, and we were greeted with a smile. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us at the car and escorted us to our suite for an in-room check-in, which was an amazing service. 🛎️ Top-notch service as you would expect from the price. Concierge to waitstaff are all professional, courteous and considerate. 🏋️‍♂️ Gym was one of the best I've seen in any hotel, open 24/7, includes a Smith machine and a pull-up machine. 🍳 Breakfast had excellent Filipino, Western, Chinese and Indian options. ❌ One issue: if there is a very loud party outside, you'll still hear it from the lower floors.

We had four nights here in mid October. Although the decor is a bit dated, the staff, food and bars more than compensated. The location is great with the fabulous Ayala and Yuchengko museums a short walk away, together with a Philippines Airlines office. Also try the Blackbird restaurant. We loved it all

I booked a stay at this hotel through Agoda for $300 per day, expecting a 5-star experience, but my stay has been far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the reception staff were extremely rude and refused to provide the gold service access that I had booked. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, they also refused to honor this, with an unprofessional and poor attitude. Additionally, the hotel facilities are in disrepair.
