We had a visitor yesterday. Craving cooked ilokano. So we ordered a pakbet bagnet and was hooked. To our dismay the pakbet is not an authentic Ilocano cuisine. Where have you seen pakbet with tomato sauce? The sour taste of the tomato sauce in the amount of 270 pesos is not worth it. While the stampede Very spicy more on fat than meat. Authentic dinakdakan is boiled then grilled but it looks like it's just boiled without even a piece of liver. In short, it's not good for 255 pesos. We didn't even eat. We did not enjoy our dinner at all. Disappointing.
