Always a good time dining here at Figaro. They have the freshest coffee, great selections on beverages, too. Love their Pasta Arrabiatta, Red Velvet Cake, Carrot Cake, and cookies. Will always come back to Figaro.
Just ok, service and food selection is decent. Good location inside hospital while waiting if you don't want to walk all the way outside for more stores.
Poor Service Quality. Staffs are mostly rude. Not even apologetic to their customers. Even their acting supervisor/manager doesn't know the procedures of the shop she is working. She doesn't satisfy the customers need. She doesn't even know how to pacify the stores angry customers. And take note, THE LOCATION OF YOUR STORE IS IN UST HOSPITAL. It is inside a HOSPITAL. Your staff should atleast have more patient than their customers because majority of their cutomers are PATIENTS. Some of the suffer from heart problems.
