fireside put its own twist on chicken & waffles by serving a huge ball of cornbread instead—and i absolutely loved it. it was incredibly fluffy, the portion was generous, and it paired perfectly with their crunchy yet flavorful chicken fingers. i couldn’t decide between the honey and the gravy for dipping, so i went with both. surprisingly, the combination worked—the honey wasn’t overly sweet and blended well with the savory gravy. the bacon pizza was loaded with cheese, and i appreciated that it had a thin crust—it kept things light, especially after indulging in so much cornbread. as for …
Chicken Fingers and other orders were excellent. Their pizza crust is superb. Ate here with my family for two days straight.
So happy to be reunited with Fireside as they reopen at Molito Lifestyle Center to fire up the neighborhood with their American comfort food and tantalizing grilled mains! On the table: Signature Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders, Truffle Potato Chips, 50/50 Meatloaf, Four Cheese Pizza, Double Cut Pork Chop, Bacon Chorizo Pizza. Dessert: Sticky Banana Fig Pudding. Drink: White Sangria. When dining make sure to order everything we had, the pork chop was fork tender and the accompanying sides paired well! Service was great. Mamager was hands on. Staff were very attentive. Food was served in a timely manner. Taste - 5/5 Will definitely go back! A nice place to dine on a Sunday brunch!
