I brought my friends here when they visited Manila for the first time. We loved their fish and chips and I started making my own recipe at home in my free time. The staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful. Food were served in the right amount of time. It was just the right amount to fill us. We always love the fish. So crispy in the outside but soft and juicy inside. It melts in your mouth. This is our favourite fish and chips place.

We took advantage of their anniversary and offer of 50% off - to sample 3 of their fish and chips dishes (for sharing). The fish was top-notch quality- crispy, lightly-battered with a just-right texture to the fish itself. However, I was really struggling to distinguish between the New York, Philadelphia and Swiss fish n chips. And I would have preferred the thick British style of thick-cut French fries for the 'chips' portion. Tip: cross order from the sister Modern Shang resto while eating at Fish & Co. 3 to be generous, but specifically 2.5 stars. TL;DR Just buy the fish related dishes and pasta. Their drinks are good especially during a hot evening. We went to this resto as it was highly rated here in Piazza Grande among others. We were very hungry and didn't have the patience to look all throughout the menu so we took the Summer Salad and the Bistro Specialty Bundle for our meals.
