Everything we ordered from this restaurant was exceptional. Their yangchow fried rice was nicely seasoned, we also really liked their spicy spare ribs (though, it could use a bit more spice) and buttered chicken. My mom finds their lo han chai delicious. Safe to say, we will be coming back

Generous serving and food was okay. Great for family gathering as it's budget friendly. Service was fast for short orders but it took quite some time for the dimsum. The place was packed and you have to wait to be seated. Parking can be challenging especially during lunch and dinner time.

Sadly it is far from the old Lam Tin Tea House that we patronize for several years now. Most of the food are now precooked and bland. They only accept CASH for payment.

The place can get packed by lunchtime. Parking can also be an issue during busy times. I parked at the space next to the resto. We were second-in-waiting but got seated in 10 minutes. Food was quickly served. Serving was good for sharing. My faves were the lumpiang shanghai and the tausi spareribs. This place is quite close to Kimpo’s pricing and taste. Nothing too tasty, nothing too pricey. Worth visiting in the Banawe area.
