While the venue had certain redeeming qualities, it wasn't ideal for our after-work drinks and catch-up with former colleagues. The entertainment lacked humor, and the noise level made conversation inside practically impossible. We resorted to shouting or even moving outdoors to talk comfortably.

went to eat at this restaurant beside their bar and the food was good especially for its price and generous amount of serving. the staffs were also friendly and accomodating. some dishes i recommend: - tempura: surprisingly really good. definitely my favourite off of everything we tried. it was crispy and tender and even more flavourful with the sauce. - tuna chicharron: the perfect pulutan. its super crispy and crunchy & the best with spicy vinegar/soy sauce. - buffalo wings: the flavour is good and not too salty, it’s just right.

Not the old Forbest Grill we used to frequent.. Sound system to loud and cranky ...the bestseller and our old time fave..crispy pata not that crispy and tasty anymore, and the seafood rice that is full became a downside ,flat, no generous amount of different seafoods..a disappointment. The stand up performers has seen many days, and screaming of retirement. You really have to go there on the other side of the bar room if you really want to enjoy with great company of friends plus good old bucket of beer.Though Service still is superb as redemption.

LGBTQ+ friendly dive bar in the heart of Malate. Forbest is that true friend you always confide in. She is constant, always welcoming you with a mischievous smile and open arms. She is unapologetic. She stands alone amidst the beckoning fingers of empty promises. Her warmth and authenticity pulls you inside her. She’s unfashionable, unpolished and her sounds loud and distorted— She doesn’t care. Nor should she. Top notch service from the bottom up. Cheap drinks, interactive live performances, music, comedy, karaoke and friendly crowd.
