Forever a fan of their barbecue flavors. From the UG Al Fresco area near Mary Grace along Doña Hemady St., Frankie’s is now relocated on the Level 2 veranda, between Buffet 101 and CoCo milk tea. Kudos to their cashier Nica for always providing outstanding service. Make your day and smile back when you order! 😉

Food was good. Service was excellent. The waiters were very attentive and efficient. They should really change their napkins though. The ones they use are too flimsy and small. Not ideal for eating wings.

In this branch, the food tastes are kinda different compared to other branches. Ambience is so so nothing special. Their service is great and the staff here are all attentive and welcoming. The down side of this branch is their food, they need to improve it.

Had a great meal at Frankie’s in Robinsons Magnolia. The chicken wings and drumettes were awesome, and the Hungarian sausage with rice was soft, tender, and juicy. Mozzarella sticks were just okay. Overall, their taste and cooking have definitely improved.

Friend and I went a few weeks back since we were craving Frankie's. We've always been a fan since college days so this was supposed to be some nsotalgic trip for us. Service was really slow. It took us a while for our orders to be taken then a few minutes later they would say a few items were already unavailable. Food arrived incomplete and it seemed like they forgot to add the onion rings even though they reviewed our orders and we confirmed order was correct. Billing took way too long that it took so much time before they gave us our bill and our cards after. Overall food was ok it tastes…
