Located at mega food court, fashion mall. Beside ice skating rink. This is the most popular restaurant in tilhe food court. Chicken wings are cooked to order and very crispy. Sauce can be separated in cups. Chicken wings are tender and crunchy. Friendly staff. Fast service even of long queue.

My go-to flavors: Garlic Parmesan & Salted Egg 🥹🫶🏻 Whenever there’s a new wings place I always try the flavors similar to these pero walang wala pa rin tatalo sa Frankies 🧡

I ordered a take out. Just disappointed with my order of nagasaki tebasaki flavor. Very dry and cant seem to taste the sauce. Hard to appreciate. So dry like it's just a fried chicken wings. What a bad experience. 399 pesos for this. What a shame. UPDATE: Emailed them and received replies. No accountability and compensation given. DO BETTER FRANKIE'S UPDATE#2: They reached out after my email. They sent a new set of half dozen nagoya tebasaki. Good.

We visited this place after work on a Wednesday night, and the line was extremely long. The staff that came to get my order recommended the signature classic buffalo wings and we'd like to order that, but she said it wasn't available. I was so confused due to two reasons. First, how come the signature menu isn't available? Second, if it's not available, why did she recommend it in the first place? Anyway, the food came out faster than the line I had to wait in. The taste isn't much different from other brands, but I've got to hold my thumb up to the chicken's crispiness. I probably won't come…
