Having a terrible experience from a long waiting of order to be served, there's a need to follow up 2 times only to find out that they are just preparing the order, it takes 25 - 30 minutes of waiting time to complete the order, the food is so cold and never had the chance to enjoy the food because of terrible waiting time. Additional issue is that they just issue the order list but not an official receipt.
