Finally got to try the fresh, handmade pastas here at Fresca🍝 We’ve been wanting to dine here since their pop-up days in Katipunan, but it was always fully booked and hard to get a reservation. So glad they’ve found a new home in Makati!
We tried their best-seller, Pesto Pistacchio e Guanciale, and it’s an easy 5/5 for us. We also enjoyed their Carbonara, olives, and Risotto al Sato. We’ll definitely be coming back to explore more dishes from their menu! :)

I tried everything on the menu, and let me tell you—it was phenomenal! If you’re craving authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place to be. With a chef who’s 100% Italian, every bite feels like a trip to Italy itself. Seriously, stop what you’re doing and go eat here right now—you’ll thank me later!
