My Marikina high school barkada met up here to sample this new resto along Lilac street. It’s a very spacious (high ceilings which I like) and a well-lit (but not harshly) place with several areas (enclosed in aircon, al fresco garden style, separate function room type area). But when it gets packed, it’s extra noisy because of the glass doors and not much sound insulation. But it’s okay because the food is good. Just be wary of what’s spicy. We loved everything, like the crispy calamares and the delicious baked scallops. The salads are also refreshing and plentiful, good for sharing. The ju…
We had a fantastic time at this resto. The food was delicious, Dinakdakan pasta is a must-try, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was top-notch—attentive and friendly. Highly recommended, will definitely be returning soon!
Tried the following: Burger - pure beef Fresco sotanghon Barbecue belly Chicken alfredo pasta Baked caldereta - creamy Servings were good for up to 2 persons. Service: 20 to 25 mins since the food will be cooked pa. They provide water naman kaagad. Atmosphere: talagang 5 of 5! A fresh environment kaya masarap kumain. Parking: good for around 6 cars.
It’s the facade that attracted us to try this out. Interior and music played are relaxing. Staff are pleasant & accommodating. Food is good, in general. I recommend their poutine & beef burger. Sisig is tasty but too oily. Cabbage roll & calamari are just about right. During our visit, all menu items with chicken were not available, which is a quite a disappointment for us. Surely, in a few, they’ll get better.
Ambiance was top tier. But with our bill of about P4500, we only liked the calamares and fish and chips; and the desserts. The rest of our (main) orders were not up to par with the price point.
