Lobsters are not the freshest bunch. I try all kinds of preparation. The lobsters are 3 stars. But the sauces are 4 stars. I hope they serve the lobsters more fresher.

The variety of food at the Fresh International Buffet was excellent. The lobster was marvelous, though I wish they could add some fresh prawns to their selection. The dessert station offered a good variety of choices, with the dark chocolate cake and ice creams being particularly superb. However, the food at the Filipino, Japanese, and roast stations needs improvement, especially in terms of variety and taste. The staff who attended to us were cordial and welcoming.

It's my second time dining here. My first time is when the hotel is relatively new to the scene and the rate back then was 5k per person(?) not really sure because I was still a teenager back then. Now, we went back for my LO's after party birthday celebration with just the three of us. The spread back then was extensive but now, it's not giving anymore. The lobster before were maine/boston lobsters, now it's like the local/ulong(?) lobster. As we expected, the lobsters were already cooked and cold so the cooks will just reheat it plainly or can be baked or anything. Having it plainly is meh…

While I enjoyed the buffet, I was left wanting a bit more in terms of the freshness of the lobsters. Don't get me wrong—the dishes were tasty, and there was an impressive variety of lobster-based cuisine. However, compared to our previous visit, the freshness seemed to have dwindled slightly. That said, the food overall was very flavorful, with a wide selection of luxury dishes to choose from. It might be an unpopular opinion, but I found myself enjoying the desserts more than the mains, particularly the lemon mousse cake, which was a highlight.
